连续对着电脑工作3小时以上,视神经细胞就会缺乏营养,特别是缺乏维生素A,因为它与视网膜感光直接相关。如果儿童看电视或看书时间过长,体内维生素A也会被大量消耗。 专家忠告:服用复合维生素,既能补充失去的维生素A,又可提供在维生素A缺乏时可转换为维生素A的β-胡萝卜素,以及维生素B、维生素D等其他与视神经健康相关的维生素。 酒精偷走维生素B1 酒精要在体内正常代谢,必须有足量的维生素B1参与,因此大量饮酒会造成体内维生素B1供应不足。若不及时补充,将增大酒精对肝脏和脑神经的危害。长期缺乏甚至导致心脏病变,危及生命。 专家忠告:大量饮酒后服用1片复合维生素,既能补充损失掉的维生素B1,还能提供维护肝脏和脑神经健康所需的其他多种维生素。 避孕药偷走维生素B6 避孕药中含有的雌激素会增加肝脏色氨酸的代谢,而维生素B6是色氨酸代谢中的一种辅酶成分,因此,每日口服避孕药的女性常出现维生素B6缺乏导致的忧郁、悲观、易激动等症状。 专家忠告:经常在早餐中摄入燕麦,因为维生素B6在谷物的外皮中含量最为丰富。 香烟偷走维生素C 烟雾中的焦油等有害成分会大量耗损维生素C。据统计,每吸一支烟约消耗掉体内储存的25毫克维生素C,如果是被动吸烟者,维生素C的损耗量更大,甚至可能高达50毫克。 专家忠告:有抽烟习惯的人日常应多吃含维生素C丰富的食物。如果是长期处于烟雾中的被动吸烟者,则最好每天服用50毫克维生素C补充剂来自我保护,但不要用热水送服,因为维生素C遇热后易还原失效。 咖啡偷走钙 咖啡因会溶解骨骼里的钙。据测定,每天所喝的咖啡超过两杯后,每多喝一杯将造成8毫克骨钙流失,增大患骨质疏松的危险。 专家忠告:多吃豆类等含钙丰富的食物,或者在每次喝咖啡时用鲜奶代替咖啡伴侣,也可以适量补充钙片。 抗生素偷走正常菌群 抗生素在杀死致病菌的过程中,也会杀死体内一些对健康有益的细菌,尤其是消化道和泌尿系统的正常菌群,造成胃肠道内菌群失调。 专家忠告:在服用抗生素期间每天喝1杯酸奶。因为酸奶中含有的双歧杆菌是人胃肠道中原有的非致病菌,不仅可减轻抗生素的副作用,还能促进食物消化。(康健)
